The Colorado Hoopsters 7th and 8th grade played in the Reebok Midwest Showdown in Kansas City, Missouri on November 15-17, 2019. The girls had a blast and played their hearts out.
The 7th grade girls lost in the championship to a very tough Kansas City Elite team. Leading the way for the Colorado Hoopsters was Tashalea Workcuff who was named Co-MVP of the tournament.
The 8th grade team lost to KC Phenom national by 1 point and to KC Run GMC National by 1 point. We played very well and missed out on an opportunity to win the championship. Games are won and lost at the free throw line. We will work hard and improve. We are looking forward to a great season. Leading the way for the 8th grade Hoopsters was Solana Diaz and Brooke Gomez who were named players of the game.

We are blessed and proud of our girls. They battled their hearts out. Most of all they made lifetime memories, made lifelong relationships and had fun! We are so proud of you all Hoopsters!
