Monthly Dues

Monthly dues are $125. This does not include tournament fees and any expenses related to travel. There are no longer annual dues or registration fees although there is a fee for high school tryouts for non-members which is credited to your account if you become a member.

New Participant Forms – All four new participant forms must be completed and submitted prior to participation in any practice or event.

For your convenience please fill out the forms and email them to playerforms@coloradohoopsters.com prior to attending practice.

Injury Claim form to report an injury incurred by a participant, coach or volunteer who is injured during a scheduled game or practice. You may be eligible for benefits under the Excess Medical Policy. Return completed form to Administrator or Coach for completion.

For High School Players wishing to practice with club during the High School Season (i. e., winter break). CHSAA requires approval of High School Principal which shall be granted if: 1) The student’s class attendance is not compromised; and, 2) The student is in good academic standing. You MUST have this signed prior to participation!!

All Employees/Volunteers must complete this form to participate.

Hoopsters Apparel

Hoopsters apparel will be available for order twice a year. The next order will be taken in the fall of 2011.

Fund Raising

Fund raising activities help lower team costs, build community and a sense of belonging. If you have an idea for an event, please share it with other parents and the Hoopster Board members at a weekly practice. We are interested in supporting parent initiated fund raising activities that will help keep our costs down.

King Soopers Cards- Get a Hoopsters King Soopers card to generate credits for your personal Hoopsters account. You can also get these cards for family or friends who shop at King Soopers. Other stores for which this card can be used include: City Market, Kroger, Fred Meyer, Loaf ‘n Jug, Smith’s Marketplace, Jay-C, Food 4 less, Dillons, Fry’s Marketplace, Pay-less Supermarkets, Tom Thumb, Quick Stop, Gerbes, Hilander, Barclay Jewelers, Littman Jewelers, Baker’s, Ralph’s. Your family or friends do not have to live in Colorado to use one of these cards.

Credits earned can only be applied toward your Hoopsters’ account. No cash will be refunded for any credits generated from your card or other fund raising events.

Directions to Ranch View Middle School – RVMS

(East of ThunderRidge HS)

1731 West Wildcat Reserve Parkway, Highlands Ranch, CO 80129

From C470 and Lucent, :

1: Take the LUCENT BLVD exit. 0.4 miles

2: Follow LUCENT BLVD. to W HIGHLANDS RANCH PKWY 0.9 miles

3: Turn RIGHT onto W HIGHLANDS RANCH PKWY. 0.9 miles

4: Turn LEFT onto W WILDCAT RESERVE PKWY.

5. Follow to school located on North side of road. When entering parking lot, you will see two schools, RVMS is on the right, ThunderRidge in on the left. Turn right into RVMS. From the front of the school, take path on west side, walk to back of school and enter through gym entrance.

Directions to Rocky Heights Middle School – RHMS

(South of Rock Canyon HS)

11033 Monarch Blvd, Highlands Ranch, CO 80124

From C470 and Quebec, :

1: Turn South onto Quebec.

2: Quebec turns in to Monarch Blvd just south of McAuthur Ranch Rd.

3: Continue South at the interestion of Quebec and McAuthur Ranch Rd.

4: At the next stop light turn West into the Rocky Heights Middle School parking lot.

5.From the front of the school, take path on North side, walk to North side of school and enter through gym entrance.

Board of Directors

Board members are elected by the existing board each year in the late summer. Members are not compensated for their time in any fashion. The board is responsible for managing the club but does not create the team rosters or make coaching decisions.
