Coach Steve Fendry - Director of Coaching (720) 934-6123 sFendry@ColoradoHoopsters.com Coach Fendry was named Director of Coaching for the Colorado Hoopsters in September, 2004. Fendry was a three time Division II All-American, at Western State College. Following his playing career at Western, Fendry went on to coach girls' basketball at Mullen High School in Denver, CO, where he guided the Mustangs to three straight Colorado 4A State Championships (2001, 2002 & 2003). He was named Colorado 4A Coach of the Year 3 times, and was the Colorado Girls High School Coach of the Year twice, in '02 and '03. We're pleased to have Coach Fendry back for his 4th year, as we believe he is one of the best young player development coaches (boys or girls) in the state of Colorado. Coach Fendry is heavily involved in coaching at every level of our club. |

Coach Melissa "Mo" Culver mCulver@ColoradoHoopsters.com Coach Mo is a former Colorado Hoopster, and graduate of Northwestern University, where she received her degree in primary education in 2005. She is currently a 4th grade teacher at Wilder Elementary. While at Northwestern from 2001-2005, Mo played in 114 games, averaging 24 minutes a game, and started at guard 68 times. This will be Mo's 3rd summer with the Colorado Hoopsters as a coach. Besides her basketball knowledge and educational background, Mo brings a unique perspective to our young athletes and families, having recently played Women's NCAA Division I basketball and having gone through the recruiting process as a player. We're excited to have Mo back to coach and travel with the older teams again this summer on the national circuit.
