Overview

Philosophy-

The Colorado Hoopsters strive to provide a safe, fun, & competitive environment to help prepare our players for the next level. This is done through the individual development of players and their skills, helping them reach the next level by making the most of their abilities.

Emphasis is put on developing players rather than developing a team that can run plays. Players are going to get better by testing and developing their skills against some of the best players in the state in a competitive atmosphere. The most important of which is against their teammates during practice. In addition, during our developmental programs, we will play in tournaments and leagues at a level where our girls will be challenged to compete.

Our top “national” teams will travel to many of the most competitive NCAA certified events throughout the country each summer during the NCAA viewing period. The goal is to showcase our high school players and assist them in finding scholarships and appropriate colleges to continue their basketball and educational careers at the next level.

Hoopsters is a non-profit organization.  All fees and dues are used to cover the expenses of running the club.  A great deal of volunteer time is donated by club members in order to keep costs as low as possible.
